ÃûæÂÖ±²¥

The ÃûæÂÖ±²¥ Business School retains the number one ranking in the UK for Business and Management research income, according to the UK’s Chartered Association of Business Schools (CABS).

Released on Monday 6 January 2025, the report ranks the ÃûæÂÖ±²¥ Business School highest among all UK business schools, receiving £6.7 million in research income for 2022/2023.

This significant funding is being used to tackle crucial global challenges in sustainability, energy demand, trade policy, equality, innovation and digital technologies. The School’s nine research centres are actively shaping the future by addressing pressing issues in our economy and society.

Professor Sasha Roseneil, Vice-Chancellor of the ÃûæÂÖ±²¥ says:

"The sustained no.1 rank of the ÃûæÂÖ±²¥ Business School reflects the societal importance of the questions being asked by our innovative and ground-breaking business and management studies researchers, and the excellence and impact of their research."

Professor Ingrid Woolard, Executive Dean of the ÃûæÂÖ±²¥ Business School says:

The CABS report uses the latest data from the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA) on UK Business School funding from 2012/13 to 2022/2023.
